Meditatón Objective:
The Miguel Hidalgo Mayor’s Office, in collaboration with Medita México, is organizing the Meditatón, an event dedicated to promoting the mental and emotional health of the community. Together, we aim to provide a space where participants can reconnect with themselves through meditation and wellness activities, fostering a more balanced and mindful lifestyle.

3) Dance Therapy It is a form of therapy that uses movement and dance to support the emotional, cognitive, physical, and social integration of individuals.
Emotional Benefits: Helps express and release repressed emotions, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall mood.
Improves physical condition, coordination, flexibility, and endurance.
Fosters creativity, enhances concentration and memory, and can help develop new problem-solving approaches.

4) Kirtan It is a spiritual practice of singing mantras or hymns repetitively, common in Hinduism and Sikhism.
